The implementation stages of the follow-up stage will be done and when there is an online questionnaire, the follow-up phase will also start. Follow-ups are done every year for all the participants. During the annual follow-up of every participant, the annual phone follow-up questionnaire and also the list of the death people and in hospital people are completed by the questioner. Patient information in the hospital, related documents with diagnostic and therapeutic measures and also the used drugs are applied in completing the outcome review form. If the outcomes be the desired ones, the forms of the outcome review are completed by the doctor and (in the case of death of the individual) he will do it by oral autopsy.

If there is any desirable outcome such as “heart attack”, “stroke” or “cancer” in an individual who participates in the clinic and disease registration center, he/she will be invited to a laboratory technician to give blood test.

In the fifth, tenth and fifteenth years, in order to study changes of risk factors or protective factors, sampling tests (blood, urine, hair and nail) are taken from participants, anthropology data are measured and the new questionnaire of life style and the frequency of food consumption are completed for the participants.
