Food Frequency questionnaire:

Food frequency questionnaire is a tool to determine the frequency of the consumption of items during the specified period. In this questionnaire, a selection of food items that individuals usually use is collected and asked about the consumption of each of them over the past year. It is a 113-item questionnaire which is localized based on food consumption at the studied sites. The questionnaire was completed on the basis of the country protocol and there was used colorful photo album in order to give more accurate information about the amount of food consumption. In this questionnaire individuals responded to the questions about their consumption water in different seasons.
